What people usually ask before choosing a plan.
Yes. You sign up without a credit card and use TripNov free for 7 days, with limited features and usage. When you decide to stay, you pick the plan that fits, at Early Bird prices while that programme is open.
They're TripNov's AI credits. They're spent when the AI works for you: proposals, replies to travellers, website copy and translations. Be a Consultant includes 500 a month, Be a Pro 1,500 and Be a Leader 4,000. You can buy more at any time: 100 Novas cost €1.
Be a Consultant includes 10 trips. It's a total account balance, not a monthly renewal: it doesn't reset every month and isn't refunded when you delete a trip. When it runs out, add a pack (5 trips for 500 Novas, 10 for 900, 25 for 2,000) or move to Be a Pro. Be a Pro and Be a Leader have no trip limit.
About 26%. On annual you pay for the year in one go: €10.99 a month on Be a Consultant (€131.88 a year), €21.99 on Be a Pro (€263.88) and €43.99 on Be a Leader (€527.88), against €14.99, €29.99 and €59.99 on monthly.
Your subscription is billed by Stripe. In the billing portal, reached from Settings, you update your card, download invoices and cancel whenever you like.
No. Stripe only bills your TripNov subscription. Your travellers' money still goes straight to you: in TripNov you record deposits and balances, and reminders flag when a payment is coming due.
