Why we exist

Five tools, a hundred WhatsApp chats and a Word template from 2014.

That was the working day of many travel consultants. Clients in a spreadsheet, proposals copied from last year's document, vouchers re-sent at eleven at night and a website that didn't know who the clients were. The work that matters, designing the right trip for the right person, was left for the end of the day.
